Service Enhancements for Wexford– Gorey

The NTA is proposing to enhance services along the Wexford to Gorey bus corridor to provide more frequent reliable public transport for local communities.

The plans aim to increase interchange opportunities with existing services, including regional and local services at Wexford and Gorey Train Station. The proposals also include provisions to introduce new services to the region, to support areas not currently served by existing services.

Integrated Ticketing

Where applicable, bus services along the proposed corridor will be seamlessly integrated into the TFI Go app for convenient journey planning. These services will also participate in the Leap Card scheme, supporting cashless payments and enhancing accessibility. Additionally, Free Travel Passes will be accepted on eligible services.

Have Your Say

Feedback from the public is essential in shaping the proposed enhancements to the needs of the communities along the corridor. The NTA encourages residents and businesses to review the plans and participate in the consultation process.

Speaking on the consultation, CEO of the NTA Anne Graham said: “As we look to enhance services along the Wexford – Gorey bus corridor, your feedback is key in ensuring the improvements meet the needs of your community. I encourage all to have their say as we work to provide more reliable, accessible public transport for all”.
