SPSV Information and Booking Lines
Calls to the SPSV Information and Booking lines remain high. Monday is the busiest day of the week for calls to the contact centre. If at all possible, licence holders are advised to call during less busy times to avoid prolonged wait times.
When contacting the SPSV Information Line please have your CCSN ready, as NTA cannot proceed with calls unless your CCSN has been confirmed. Callers that are unable to confirm their CCSN are causing delays, resulting in longer call wait times for others. The number is included on letters and emails from NTA to SPSV licence holders, and licence holder also received an SMS communication on 24th February confirming their CCSN.
