STORM BARRA – SPSV Industry Update
NTA advises all SPSV operators to note the following:
- Due to the Storm Barra ‘red’ weather warning in place for counties Cork and Kerry, and for the safety of its staff and customers, Applus Car Testing Service Ltd have cancelled all SPSV appointments booked for today, 7th December 2021. Customers will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- As a result of the Storm Barra ‘orange’ weather warnings currently in place, NTA’s SPSV information line is experiencing some disruption and extended call wait times may arise throughout the day. SPSV operators are reminded that queries of a non-urgent nature can be submitted to NTA via the online Contact Us Form.
