NTA would like to remind SPSV drivers that should you wish to operate CCTV in your vehicle, you should familiarise yourself with the related guidance from the Data Protection Commission as the installation and operation of CCTV equipment that records video and/or audio of passengers, brings with it certain obligations and responsibilities as regards privacy law and Data Protection.
