In October 2024, The National Transport Authority (NTA) entered into a contract with City Direct Bus Limited for the provision of three urban public bus services in Galway City, for Routes 410, 411, and 412
- Route 410 Mount Prospect to/from Eyre Square
- Via Knocknacarra Park, Knocknacarra Road, Salthill Park, Salthill Road Lower St Mary’s Road, Uni of Galway, Galway Cathedral and Franciscan Friary
- Route 411 Mount Prospect to/from Eyre Square
- Via Knocknacarra Park, Winfield Garden, Hawthorn Place, Rahoon Road, Rahoon Road Estate, Westside Resource C, Uni of Galway, Galway Cathedral and Franciscan Friary
- Route 412 Mount Prospect to/from Eyre Square
- Via Knocknacarra Park, Winfield Garden, Gort Siar, Deane Roundabout, Rahoon Road Estate, Westside Resource C, Uni of Galway and Franciscan Friary
Performance Reports
City Direct Bus Limited are required to report quarterly on their performance against the targets set out in the Public Service Obligation (PSO) contracts.
