This statistical bulletin is a publication of the National Transport Authority of Ireland (“the Authority”). It focuses on Public Service Obligation (PSO) bus services provided on behalf of the Authority by Dublin Bus, Bus Éireann, the Local Link rural transport programme, as well as other PSO bus routes operated by private
operators who have been successful in Authority tender competitions, including services in the Dublin region, Kilkenny city and Waterford city. It also covers heavy rail services provided by Iarnród Éireann (Irish Rail) and Luas light rail services operated and maintained by Transdev Dublin Light Rail Limited.
